Field ServiceAt Kennedy Industries we employ the finest field service technicians in the industry that are skilled and equipped to address all of your on site needs.

We offer a broad range of services that allows us to troubleshoot the largest pump at a power plant, to the smallest storm water or sanitary station. Upon arrival to your job site we will complete a thorough evaluation of your station and then provide recommendations on how to fix the issues, and improve the overall station operation.

If you ever have a service Emergency, Kennedy Industries will be on site as fast as possible to get your critical equipment back up and running, no matter what time or day it is. In order to maintain your equipment and avoid emergency calls, we offer preventative maintenance contracts on all types of pumps and stations. Our service department knows how important your equipment is, and we want to use our expertise to get it in the best working condition, and keep it that way.

Our Field Service Fleet

Field ServiceKennedy Industries has a service fleet which consists of three crane trucks and 3 rapid response vehicles.

The crane trucks have a 6,000 lb max capacity, and are stocked and equipped to quickly complete onsite repairs.

For larger pumps we have a full repair shop fleet that can haul pumps up to 40ft long.

Preventative Maintenance

Field ServiceOur preventative maintenance program is excellent for keeping your equipment in the best operating order. We will customize a maintenance plan that fits the needs of your pumps and station. Maintenance can be completed as frequently as needed, anywhere from monthly inspections to annual inspections.

The following is a list of some of our maintenance check points that are completed when on site. This list is modified based on the type of pump and station that is being maintained.

  • Inspect level controls at stations
  • Inspect control panel components
  • Take amp and voltage readings for each pump
  • Change oil in pumps
  • Check impeller clearances
  • Check for deteriorating parts
  • Perform draw down test to check for system efficiency
  • Take vibration readings
  • Take pressure readings
